Vincent “Vinnie” Castiello has been involved in the Kitchen and Bath industry since 1984 when he started his career in the home improvement department at Sears, and quickly became the #1 Kitchen Designer in their Northeast Division. Vinnie’s experience includes kitchen and bath design, cabinet construction, project coordination, and installation. Vinnie is a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) with the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA).
Vinnie established Royal Kitchen Corp. in 1989 to offer beautiful, functional custom kitchens and baths to discerning homeowners. Today, Vinnie oversees his staff that extends the original mission by delivering the highest level of consultative personal service to each and every client. Royal Kitchen Corp. works together to create an entire individualized room concept and design theme, as well as presenting to our clients the finest products, materials, and accessories. Royal Kitchen Corp. provides comprehensive project management, superior construction and installation, and our showroom presents cabinet designs that inspire the imagination and stimulate creative solutions.

I take personal pride in any Royal Kitchen Corp. project, and work hard to coordinate materials, deliveries, tradesmen, installation crews, etc… from rip-out to completion, so you don’t have to worry about it! My job is to keep your life as normal as possible during your renovation.

Designing spaces of beauty and function is the challenge that most homeowners are faced with. As a Designer with an IT Background, and years of 20/20 Computer Design experience under my belt, I excel at presenting your project to you in a 3-D application.
Patiently listening to the client’s thoughts, ideas, and opinions about their proposed project is of great importance to satisfying the client. Combining those needs and wants with the space that I am given to work with allows me to meet that challenge successfully time and time again. Being able to show clients the proposed outcome on the computer lets my client be truly active participants in the design process.
As a professional Designer, integrity, honesty, and responsibility are qualities that I continuously cultivate for success, and a strong customer reference base. When people are making substantial investments into their home, they want to know that they are dealing with professionals – people who care about the products and services that they recommend. Professionalism is why I teamed up with Royal Kitchen Corp. over ten years ago, and why I enjoy my job.

As a designer I look beyond the project itself to hear and include the thoughts and wishes of each homeowner. In addition to bringing ideas to each project my goal is to explain several options and identify which would be the best choice for you and your family.
In working with clients I see the importance of identifying not only what a person likes, but also why they like it. Gaining this understanding helps not only to design a beautiful kitchen but contributes towards comfort and confidence for the client with each decision made.
It is a good feeling to come to work knowing that we offer a service here at Royal not only that is in high demand but also can be adjusted to your specific needs. Many of our clients enjoy the “One Stop Shop” or “Turn Key Service” where we handle the complete project from start to finish. However, if you are looking for a professional design and quality cabinets where you or your contractor takes on some or all of the installation we can accommodate that as well.
