We want to thank you for our beautiful new kitchen. Every part of this remodeling process was not only painless, but actually pleasant. From the beginning, your valuable assistance and suggestions were given with great grace. We never felt pressured or frustrated.
It was extremely important as it was for us to have this project done neatly, correctly and in a timely fashion. It was even more important to us that the people working in our home, both while we were present and when we were not, be of the highest caliber and character. And, they were!
Each and every one of these fellows not only worked efficiently and expertly and showed great pride in their work, but they were some of the nicest people our family has ever met!
We still marvel at the fantastic job Mark did installing the tile floor. We didn’t believe you when you said “your tile man” could do the job and have the new floor end up level with the existing dining room floor. Well, you were right – he did a beautiful job.
Vinnie and you are a pleasure to deal with, and the people you choose to work with you and for you are a testament to the way you do business.
