Looking back on our complete kitchen makeover, we feel as if we have received royal treatment indeed. From the moment of initial contact to our final interview, you and your outstanding team of professionals made us feel as if we were the center of attention. Our kitchen is beautiful. We love it, and all our visitors want to know who did the work.

Our journey with you began at the home show, where Kevin Wier introduced us to your company. Selecting Royal Kitchen was a definite after we met with you for a follow up consultation. After that, as Kevin and you guided us through the bewildering array of choices and price points during various design sessions, you were always respectful, always interested in determining our needs based on our tastes and our lifestyle.

Your professional staff was outstanding. Everyone respected our home, worked patiently with us on choice options, and was courteous without exception. Project manager, Peter Kral always kept us informed about schedules well in advance. Demolition was efficient with our home well protected and worksite cleanup done daily. I know you must be proud of master carpenter Max Mitil, Matt Triano, and Gil Henriquez. Every nuance was treated as important. No detail was left to chance, and when we had to make a decision, all options were articulated. When in doubt, the men quoted you. “Vinny says…” was always an option; and, come to think of it, it was always the best option.

The subcontractors were excellent, and they were obviously proud of their associations with you. If something needed follow up, our phone call got a quick reply from you and a quick response from them. Peter had all their work choreographed in such a way that there was no wasted down time. Having done multiple renovations in the past, we can say emphatically, it was the best we’ve ever seen.

Follow up by you, Peter, and Kevin after completion has been a great experience. As you put it, you are “service oriented”, and it shows in everything you do. We are happy to recommend you without hesitation to family and friends. Our only regret is that, after having received such royal treatment, the project was finished and had to come to an end; but we’ll get to enjoy our kitchen for many years to come.

In the spring of 2011, our kitchen and den were remodeled by Royal Kitchen Corp. We engaged Royal for this project based upon two recommendations we received from friends who had used Royal’s services in the recent past and who were very satisfiedd with the results.

We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and den. From the initial exploratory phase, to design, to demolition and construction, to post-completion service, we could not be happier with our decision. The materials are of the highest quality. The workers were professional, friendly, always on time, and neat. The attention we received after the project was completed, a period when minor adjustments were needed ( when other contractors might have ignored us), was superb.

We would reserve some of highest praise for our designer, Kevin Wier. When we decided to go forward with the project we had a rough idea of what we wanted. Working with Kevin, we ended up with a design that was far more comprehensive than we originially envisioned, and far better. He demonstrated extreme patience as we repeatedly changed our minds about various features, layouts, finishes, materials, etc. The results was a completely new kitchen that not only wows all who see it for the first time, but which continues to wow us even though we’ve been living with it for months.

Kudos also to Royal’s president, Vincent Castiello, for his expert guidance of the overall project and who was extremely fair when it came to addressing challenging conditions discovered during demolition and construction.

We would recommend Royal without reservation to anyone considering a kitchen makeover and who wants it done right.

Dear Vinnie, Joe, Peter, and the craftsmen who worked on our kitchen,

I thought we had a perfectly lovely and function kitchen, but Hilary couldn’t leave well enough alone! Faced with the inevitability of a new kitchen, I figured I might as well get involved in the process. As it turned out, Hilary and I had a great time teaming up with the Royal Kitchen staff/ family, led by our designer, Joe Robles. Royal was creative, precise, practical, reliable, honest, and patient. As a result, we enjoyed completing a project which was a combination of artistry and functionality.
I was right–our original kitchen was perfectly lovely and functional. But somehow the kitchen we all created and constructed is way better, and we love using it and being in it every day!

Dear Joe, Pete & Vinnie,

Sorry this has taken so long, but we did want to write you a note. The kitchen renovation came out great. I know thee were some problems getting the granite that we absolutely loved, but thanks to you, Joe and Claudia we finally got what we wanted. The granite looks fabulous. Jose and Max were incredible. We felt at ease leaving them alone. They cleaned up each day and tried to leave the kitchen as neat as possible. Jose was wonderful in lining up the trim, ect. Pete and Max did a fantastic job designing and building my small cabinet that houses the Cuisinart food processor and the Kitchen Aide mixer with all their respective accessories. We think referring the… to you says it all and we will continue recommending all of you.
