but actually pleasant. From the beginning your valuable assistance and suggestions were given with great grace.
We never felt pressured or frustrated.
It was extremely important as it was for us to have this project done neatly, correctly and in a timely fashion.
It was even more important to us that the people working in our home, both while we were present and when we were not,
be of the highest caliber and character. And, they were!
Each and every one of these fellows not only worked efficiently and expertly and showed great pride in their work,
but they were some of the nicest people our family has ever met!
We still marvel at the fantastic job Mark did installing the tile floor.
We didn’t believe you when you said
“your tile man” could do the job and have the new floor end up level with the existing dining room floor.
Well, you were right – he did a beautiful job.
You and Vinnie are a pleasure to deal with, and the people you choose to work with you and for you are a
testament to the way you do business.

Royal Kitchens,
I just stepped out of the shower of one of our newly remodeled bathrooms.
It occurred to me that we often complain about contractors and their work, but seldom do we praise them.
In your case let me rectify that now.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the way your company did our two bathrooms.
As you know, based on a kitchen experience with another company, I had considerable doubt and trepidation.
And you can double that for Joyce!!
The job was extremely well done. Each and every one of your mechanics, Billy, Rudy and Dennis, as well
as their incomparable helpers, Mike and Dave, were superb at their jobs. The same can
be said for Henry
the electrician and Ron the plumber and their assistants.
I was interested in craftsmanship (first class) and Joyce in the cleanup. Everyday started with Ted
with putting down the tarps wherever the workers walked, and ended with a thorough vacuuming. Mess…there was none.
Your designs worked very, very well. We had a family event,
which gave me an
opportunity to show off your work with pride.
